ORDER
How long does shipping take for home decor?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Typically, your decor will arrive in about 7–15 business days (for US, UK, and major markets) or 10–30 days for other destinations. These are estimates; international orders can occasionally face customs or seasonal delays. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally and are there any customs fees?
Yes, we ship all over the world for free (with tracking). Customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer upon delivery, as these charges depend on your country’s policies. We recommend checking your local regulations if you’re unsure about any fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or change very soon after purchase (ideally within a few hours). Email us at info@thefeelz.store right away. If we haven’t processed your order yet, we’ll try to help. Once your order is in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to cancel or change it, but feel free to ask and we’ll do our best.
What if my order hasn’t arrived or items are missing?
After your order ships, we send tracking info via email. If tracking looks stalled or you think part of the order is missing, remember some items may ship in separate packages. Check your tracking details for multiple shipments. If you still have concerns after a few days, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
Are my items safely packaged?
Yes. We package each decor item carefully, with sturdy boxes and cushioning as needed. Fragile pieces like glass vases or mirrors are wrapped and protected to ensure they arrive intact. Let us know immediately if something does break so we can help.
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
We have a 7-day return policy (from delivery). To be returnable, items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Just email info@thefeelz.store with your order number to start a return.
Note: You’ll cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on personalized or made-to-order items (like custom phone cases), final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, or used bedding. If an item was clearly marked non-returnable when you bought it, that means it can’t be returned.

How do I choose the right size for a rug or wall art?
We recommend measuring your space first. For rugs, think about the floor area you want covered (e.g. under a coffee table or at your bedside). For wall art or tapestries, measure the wall space where you want them. Compare your measurements to the dimensions listed in the product description. When in doubt, larger can feel more dramatic; smaller works well for accent pieces.
Will the actual product look like the photos?
We aim for accurate photos, but colors or details may vary slightly in real life. Lighting and your screen’s settings can change how tones appear. If you’re concerned, check our customer photos or Instagram for real-life examples.
How do I install decorative mirrors or wall art?
Most mirrors and wall prints are ready to hang with built-in hardware or hooks. For wall mirrors and heavier pieces, use appropriate anchors or nails rated for the weight. If you’re not sure, it may help to have a friend assist or use a mounting service. Always follow general safety guidelines (and avoid hanging heavy objects above beds or couches without the right fixtures).
How do I use and charge the table lamps?
Our LED table lamps are usually USB-rechargeable for convenience (no batteries needed). You can plug them into any USB adapter or power bank. Turn them on/off or change brightness by tapping the top. They emit low-heat LED light, making them safe for bedroom and living spaces.
Can I return tech accessories like phone cases?
Phone cases are made-to-order in collab lines (e.g. Hey Girly x The Feelz) and cannot be returned. Please double-check your phone model and design before ordering. If a case arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know and we’ll work it out.
How do I care for my decor pieces?
Gentle care keeps things looking fresh. For textiles (pillows, blankets), check any care labels (usually spot-clean or gentle wash). For hard decor (lamps, vases, trays), just wipe with a soft, damp cloth—avoid harsh cleaners that could dull finishes. A little care goes a long way in keeping your space looking cozy and well-maintained.

We’re The Feelz LLC, an online home decor brand inspired by cozy, aesthetic living. Although our company is registered in Wyoming, all orders ship from our studio in Shanghai, China.
